Marketing your Property

When instructed, we will include your property in our listing and information guide which is updated at regular intervals. Further details will be inputted into our computer system and on to our various web sites. Advertising on newspapers and distinctive to let boards (fee applies)

Transfer of Utilities

You can leave it all to us. We will take meter readings for Gas and Electricity, and ensure a smooth transition between tenants

Renewal of Lease

Most of our clients tend to avail of our renewal service (available at an additional charge)

Property Registration

The Landlord must register the property with the local authority, and this involves a nominal annual fee.

Free Assessment

Just phone or email our office and we'll assign an experienced member of our staff to call on your property and assess the likely level of rent that is achievable. We grade all property using a starring system similar to hotels.

Sorting out the Finance

At the appropriate time we will collect 1 months rent as deposit,draw up a lease and set up standing order On signing of lease and upon collection of rent / deposit a balancing statement will be forwarded to you showing deduction of fees and any outlays due and all monies will be forwarded by bank transfer or electronically.

Maintenance& Refurbishment

On a regular basis our maintenance team will check your property to make sure that everything is in order. We will proceed to any repairs we estimate necessary and will also be pleased to deal with any of your requests upon your visits to the property. If you require any kind of work carried out on your property, we will happily provide quotes or organise the necessary qualified tradesmen.

Stamp Duty

If the rent exceeds €30,000.71 p.a. the tenant must pay 1% Stamp Duty of the annual rent (plus a €12.70 stamping charge).
